R&D Senior Test Engineer - Production Test Engineering
About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or Communication Engineering is required.
- At least 3–5 years of working experience in the automotive electronics product industry is required.
- Good knowledge of analogue and digital electronics is required.
- Knowledge of production testing and development processes is required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
- Ability to work in a cross-functional global team and communicate in project meetings is required.
- Provide Simultaneous Engineering support for testing areas in development and production.
- Moderate the Design for Test Workshop at the beginning of the project phase.
- Define product-specific test chains according to standards.
- Develop new test concepts together with development and the Center of Competence-Testing.
- Create test plan documentation, validate it, and release it for production test station implementation.
- Track implementation of testing requirements from the Design for Test Workshop.
- Conduct test coverage analysis at PCB and complete-device levels.
- Organize periodic test team meetings with production.
- Provide production-site support for test implementation.
- Knowledge of measurement technology, measurement capability, and statistical analysis is an added advantage.
