Requirements
  • Significant experience leading sales at a high-growth B2B SaaS or Ed-Tech company
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Skilled at working cross-functionally with various departments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical and data-driven, with a strong growth mindset
  • Ability to analyze sales metrics, identify areas of opportunity, and build training plans to improve the team
  • Experience selling an extensive product suite
  • Experience with driving pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Experience selling consultative, information-based data-driven solutions
  • Demonstrated success in bringing a new product or solution to market
Responsibilities
  • Report into the EVP of Sales, and lead a team of Higher Education Account Executives
  • Drive a high-performance, high-accountability culture to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Coach, manage, and develop sellers with an emphasis on continual learning and skill-gap improvement
  • Develop processes that scale and drive consistent execution across the team
  • Monitor sales pipeline, activity & forecasts to proactively adapt to changing conditions
  • Drive alignment with cross-functional teams in Customer Success, Marketing, and Revenue Operations
  • Drive revenue success by owning and exceeding Niche’s quarterly/annual sales targets
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the business by sharing insights, the root causes behind changes in KPIs, the frequency and impact of these root causes, and your recommendations to double down or course correct as needed
  • Attract, hire, and retain high-performing talent with an aptitude to learn and grow
