- Maintain proficiency with title laws and the registration process.
- Maintain required proficiency and certifications.
- Work with the sales desk, submit deals to lenders for approval, make credit decisions, and close deals.
- Verify insurance and obtain payoffs on trades with open lines.
- Process federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transactions.
- Check residuals, commissions, buy rates, title and lien information, taxes, and Department of Motor Vehicles paperwork before forwarding documents to the business office.
- Assist retail salespeople in collecting down payments and other transaction monies.
- Assist in other areas of the financial services department as needed.
- Create and maintain good relationships with guests.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction index results.
- Special finance or subprime lending experience.
- An associate's or bachelor's degree.
