About the job
- A higher-education qualification in IAA (food/agri-food industries) is required.
- Successful experience in the agri-food industry and in team management is required.
- Knowledge of the production line and of hygiene, safety, and quality standards is required.
- Knowledge of Horoquartz or an equivalent scheduling software is required.
- Knowledge of production management software is required; Sydel Univers is preferred.
- Comfort using computer tools is required.
- Coordinate with the team and cross-functional services to resolve day-to-day problems.
- Support employees through onboarding, training, management, and skills development.
- Supervise execution of the production schedule and related production management, including monitoring material yields and production reports and managing stock.
- Ensure production runs properly within the team, in accordance with safety, quality, productivity, and defined standards.
- Implement the workplace health and safety policy and ensure employees receive the safety training required for their roles.
- Lead the sector's continuous improvement efforts.
- Knowledge of Sydel Univers production management software.
