Requirements

Board certification or eligibility in urology.
Ability to provide patient care across clinic, operating room, and rounding settings.
Ability to work a schedule including 36 patient contact hours and a 1:7 weekend call rotation.

Responsibilities

Provide urology patient care through clinic visits, operating-room and day-surgery procedures, and rounding.
Manage inpatient consultation and rounding needs with support from advanced practice providers.
Use Da Vinci Xi robotic and laparoscopic surgical systems as part of surgical care.
Collaborate with the urology team, advanced practice providers, referral sources, and the broader multispecialty and primary care groups.
Use Epic electronic medical record.

Endeavor Health is seeking a full-time board certified/eligible urologist to join Endeavor Health Medical Group in Arlington Heights IL.

Call is 1:7 weekends
36 patient contact hours (Clinic, OR, rounding)
Variety of office and OR/Day Surgery
Market Competitive Compensation: $367K-$641K. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance

Job Specifics:

Busy urology group seeking additional urologists for patient care. Join a team of six urologists and 3 advanced practice providers at Northwest Community campus in Arlington Heights.
Strong APP support: They handle inpatient needs which consist of large number of consults and rounding
High quality medical services with access to DaVinci Xi robotic and laparoscopic surgical systems.
Referral support from a large multi-specialty group and primary care group.
