- Demonstrated experience utilizing continuous integration techniques and tools.
- Demonstrated experience designing and architecting systems using modern techniques such as services and multi-tier architecture.
- Demonstrated experience designing and instrumenting automated test scripts at the developer level.
- Demonstrated experience developing in small increments utilizing technical Agile techniques.
- Demonstrated experience implementing industry best practices and technical solutions consistent with accessibility standards and Agile methodology.
- Demonstrated experience proposing recommendations that provide business value while supporting customer goals and objectives, including improving user experience and user interface, reducing operations and maintenance, increasing quality and delivery speed, and transforming and modernizing web-based application, system, and service components.
- Demonstrated experience analyzing and documenting web-based application, system, and service components and associated interfaces, including databases and web services or application programming interfaces.
- Demonstrated experience developing web-based application, system, and service components and associated interfaces, including databases and web services or application programming interfaces; this experience must include Java and React development.
- Demonstrated professional experience operating within a cloud infrastructure such as Amazon Web Services.
- Demonstrated experience in the full accreditation lifecycle.
- Demonstrated experience managing Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 support using service management systems.
- Demonstrated experience developing information technology support documents, including standard operating procedures, digital information technology workflows, information technology knowledge bases, pre- and post-deployment checklists, information technology architectural diagrams, system security plans, and administrative processes.
- Demonstrated experience developing and maintaining enterprise software, including license renewals where applicable, patching, and version update administration.
- This position requires United States citizenship.
- The successful candidate must have an active United States Government Top Secret security clearance with a full-scope polygraph.
Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, modernization, and sustainment of enterprise web-based applications and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience, modernize application components, and ensure high-quality delivery and operational reliability.
- Work within an Agile environment to deliver secure, scalable, and accessible solutions aligned with customer goals and measurable business value.
- Provide full lifecycle system support.
