We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager who will build new experiences to drive the growth and impact of our Specialty Care program, serving members with a broad range of complex behavioral health conditions. You will own discovery, solution definition, prioritization, and execution of key initiatives to eliminate barriers to care with a focus on higher-acuity members.
What you’ll be doing:
- Partner with the Specialty Care team to define and execute the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and user needs
- Lead and engage a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, subject matter experts, and data scientists to deliver high-impact products.
- Conduct and source comprehensive market research to identify new opportunities and understand the evolving competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure products comply with regulatory standards and align with business goals.
- Use data-driven approaches to define metrics, measure performance, and make informed product decisions.
- Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including setting timelines, prioritizing features, and coordinating product releases.
- Cultivate a high-performing team, setting clear expectations, providing continual guidance and feedback, and fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, trust, accountability, and growth
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform and influence the product strategy and direction
- Work with team members to build a portfolio of internal core competencies and best-in-class partnerships in a complex healthcare ecosystem.

- Continuously enhance and expand Specialty Care programs, driving care model innovation at scale to support our highest acuity members
- Build trusting relationships with cross-functional teams including medical affairs, operations, and data science
- Deliver market-leading customer & member satisfaction, usability, and outcomes
- Exceed business objectives across reach, utilization, and clinical improvement
What we expect from you:
- 7+ years of product management experience; at least 2 years within the behavioral health, healthcare, or a related field strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of delivering successful products, ideally in a startup or fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and persuasively across different audiences.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.
The target base salary range for this position is $194,080 - $242,600, and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options and benefits. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all employee pay and compensation programs annually using Radford Global Compensation Databaseat minimum to ensure competitive and fair pay.
