About the job
- Ability to provide customer service and address guest and resident inquiries and conflicts.
- Ability to work safely with power tools and small machines for maintenance duties.
- Ability to maintain a pool and spa under the direction of a Certified Pool Operator.
- Ability to handle cash payments, deposits, purchases, firewood, and ice sales where assigned.
- Ability to work independently on small projects and remain on task.
- Ability to uphold park rules and guidelines and serve as an overnight emergency contact when assigned.
- Act as a property liaison and assist residents and guests with information about the park and surrounding areas while providing customer service.
- Execute activity and recreation programming and help at the front desk for park guests.
- Create and run activities for guests of all ages and maintain relationships with entertainment vendors.
- Check guests in and out of the campground, process payments and deposits, answer phones and guest inquiries, and operate the Country Store by stocking inventory and cashing out purchases.
- Follow up on guest and team member maintenance requests and fix them or delegate them to the appropriate vendor.
- Maintain the pool and spa under the direction of the Certified Pool Operator on staff.
- Keep the grounds clean and safe.
- Maintain a safe and welcoming atmosphere by upholding park rules and guidelines.
- Facilitate late check-in, sell firewood and ice using a cash bank, and serve as the park's overnight emergency contact when assigned.
- Partner with team members and management to support the guest experience and perform other duties assigned by management.
