Requirements
  • Three to five years of consistent accounting and finance work experience, or equivalent experience in a full-time number-oriented position or rigorous internships.
  • A bachelor's degree in accounting or finance is required; mathematical studies are acceptable, or equivalent workforce experience may substitute.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or accounting systems is required.
  • Ability to perform analytical problem solving, including anticipating, analyzing, diagnosing, and solving problems.
  • Ability to maintain an organized workspace and workflow.
  • Proven attention to detail and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong time and project management skills for small to large internally focused projects.
  • Commitment to timeliness and reliability.
  • Flexibility and proactivity in assisting with last-minute client or team needs.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Execute a defined workflow for each client.
  • Process invoices for payment and maintain records.
  • Review and process employee donation reports.
  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliations for multiple client bank accounts.
  • Produce invoice analyses for major vendors.
