- 2+ years of strategy, insights and analytics experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field required or alongside relevant experience
- Proficient in SQL and querying data tables efficiently and effectively
- Strong Excel skills and experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, Power BI, MicroStrategy, and/or Data Studio
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or other website analytics platforms is a plus
- Self-starter with strong creative problem-solving and communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Partner with internal teams (sales, marketing, product development, technology) to deliver data, insights, and analysis into action
- Analyze customer, consultant, sales, and product data to help key decision makers understand business trends, opportunities, and historical performance to enable data-informed decisions across the organization
- Use analytics to not only shed light on what happened but also provide insights on why and what to do
- Evaluate the success of historical programs and promotions and develop insights that can increase program effectiveness in the future
- Provide data, analytics, and insights support for strategic initiatives to help steer the business to growth
- Continuously improve existing data solutions, automate key reports and identify new methods to mine and analyze data to drive insights
- 3-5 years of experience working in an analytically focused role and solid understanding of financial modeling and data-driven decision-making
- Experience delivering analysis that leads to business impact in consulting, finance, operations, private equity, or business intelligence
- Experience with statistical methods and predictive modeling
- Experience with advanced analytics and data storytelling for executive audiences

CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Pampered Chef®, a Berkshire Hathaway company, has announced that Nevena Srebreva has been appointed as the company's next Chief Executive Officer. Srebreva, formerly Pampered Chef’s Chief Field and International Officer, succeeds Andrew Treanor who has led the company to achieve many milestones during his four years as CEO. Srebreva has 25 years of experience in the direct sales industry, with a strong track record of developing high-performing sales teams. She joined Pampered Chef as Chief Field and International Officer to grow the company’s reach by building and strengthening its network of independent consultants and expanding internationally. Prior to Pampered Chef, Srebreva served in leadership roles at Vorwerk North America where she helped launch Thermomix USA, and at Avon where she drove business growth in the U.S. and in Europe
The Pampered Chef was acquired by Berkshire Hathaway in 2002.
