Night Cleaning Specialist
About the job
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or fitness studio cleaning.
- Ability to use mobile applications for timekeeping, photo uploads, and reporting.
- Reliable personal transportation to travel between assigned locations during the night route.
- Availability to work four to five nights per week.
- Ability to work independently and responsibly with minimal direct supervision.
- Deep-clean boutique fitness studios, including equipment, floors, mirrors, bathrooms, reception areas, and retail spaces.
- Take before-and-after photographs at each location and upload them through a mobile application at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Follow a detailed checklist in English and Spanish to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with standards at all facilities.
- Clock in and out at each location using a mobile application.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning products and supplies and request replenishment when needed.
- Monitor cleaning staff attendance and coordinate same-night replacement coverage when required.
- Bilingual ability in English and Spanish.
