Requirements
  • 6+ years of mid-market or enterprise sales experience preferred with an emphasis on supply chain and retail/grocery related technology
  • 3+ years experience focused on generating new business within enterprise accounts (Fortune 100 Companies)
  • History of understanding customer pain points, strategic initiatives and mapping solutions to meet those needs
  • Executive level relationship management
  • Proven success in driving consistent activity, client management and quota achievement
  • Proven ability to independently foster, manage and close new client relationships
  • Experience hitting quota of $1M+ in annual recurring revenue
  • BA/BS required
  • Travel 50%
Responsibilities
  • Serve as key quarterback for customer interactions, prioritizations, new opportunities, business reviews and negotiations
  • Ongoing account management to ensure customer satisfaction and drive additional revenue streams
  • Establish yourself as trusted advisor to the customer by understanding their existing and future roadmap to ensure Afresh is key to that roadmap
  • Develop marketing plans with the marketing team to drive continued awareness of value and revenue growth
  • Run Executive and CxO discussions and quarterly business reviews
  • Be solution-based approach to selling, managing a complex sales process and must possess excellent presentation and listening skills, organization and contact management capabilities
  • Achieve sales quotas for allocated accounts and/or territory on a quarterly and annual basis by developing a sales strategy in the allocated territory with a target prospect list, and a regional sales plan
  • Prospect qualification and the development of new sales opportunities and ongoing revenue streams
  • Run full sales processes as well as opportunity management, negotiation and closure
  • Operate with autonomy in a fast paced start-up environment
