Requirements
  • Any commerce graduate, Chartered Accountant, CA fresher, or semi-qualified Chartered Accountant with 1–2 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of the Goods and Services Tax domain.
  • Ability to deliver long-term customer value and success.
  • Ability to adapt and work effectively in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
  • Track record of driving customer success across organizational levels.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage pressure and deadlines effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Understand clients' objectives and align Masters India's products to meet their needs.
  • Demonstrate the value of Masters India's solutions and drive product adoption.
  • Identify stated and unstated customer issues and provide proactive solutions.
  • Build strong client relationships to foster trust and long-term loyalty.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle, including onboarding, training, and ongoing product usage.
  • Monitor customer engagement, identify at-risk accounts, and deploy churn-mitigation strategies.
  • Track account health and identify opportunities to enhance product usage.
  • Advocate for customers and provide feedback to Product and Tech teams to improve offerings.
  • Educate customers on relevant product features, functionalities, and best practices tailored to their business needs.
  • Understand the product roadmap and communicate its value to clients.
  • Use Mixpanel to track usage patterns and create actionable insights.
  • Equip customers with knowledge of self-service tools such as Jira and related resources.
