- The candidate must be a junior-, senior-, or graduate-level student pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering.
- The candidate must have a minimum GPA of 3.0.
- The candidate should be detail-oriented and have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- The candidate should communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and verbally.
- The candidate should be self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- The candidate should be flexible and eager to learn in a consulting environment.
- The candidate should be passionate about environmental responsibility and compliance.
- The candidate should have excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills.
- Support environmental compliance projects involving air, wastewater, stormwater, hazardous waste, and spill prevention.
- Assist in preparing reports and regulatory submissions.
- Help develop and maintain environmental and safety plans and documentation.
- Conduct regulatory research and compile findings for the team.
- Participate in environmental audits and assessments as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on client projects.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Familiarity with environmental regulations, including the Environmental Protection Agency, Resource Conservation and Recovery Act, Clean Water Act, and Clean Air Act.
- Prior internship, co-op, or project experience in environmental compliance or sustainability.
