What believers are saying

  • ASHN announced Redcrest Healthcare with IU Health on September 17, 2025.
  • On August 31, 2026, ASHN and Kettering Health launched EMR-integrated home-health workflows.
  • Southwest General expanded its ASHN JV on May 20, 2025, reinforcing recurring deal flow.

What critics are saying

  • EEOC's 2023 pay-discrimination case against ASHN forced a consent decree and wage audit.
  • JV concentration makes Baptist, IU Health, and Kettering negotiations an annual renewal risk.
  • If one major health system insources home health, ASHN loses volume and bargaining power quickly.

What makes Alternate Solutions Health Network unique

  • ASHN has 40-plus health-system partnerships and 90-plus provider relationships across seven states.
  • Its JV model lets hospitals launch branded home health fast, like Redcrest in 2025.
  • Workato-backed automation underpins admissions and integrations for hundreds of patients daily.
