About the job
- A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and/or Electrical Engineering is desired, or equivalent work experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in electrical power systems is preferred but not required.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Exceptional presentation skills.
- Customer service skills.

- Ability to work unsupervised and independently.
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask.
- Ability to travel overnight.
- A clean driving record and insurability with the company insurance carrier.
- Ability to pass a background check and periodic drug screens.
- Promote the company and Rehlko brand systems.
- Conduct engineering and contractor presentations.
- Promote and train others on Rehlko Power Solutions Software.
- Size and drive favorable specifications within affected codes.
- Provide technical assistance within the company and to customers.
- Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required.
- Attend business functions, such as trade shows and conferences, as a guest and/or presenter.
- Develop personal skills and capabilities through ongoing training.
- Achieve business and organizational goals, visions, and objectives.
- Identify problems and provide quality solutions.
