Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Open and create order files in the computer system.
  • Verify the completeness and conformity of received documents, including sketches, measurements, photos, invoices, quotations, prices, and designers' notes.
  • Produce missing or necessary documents for production.
  • Validate calculations related to dimensions, quantities, contract prices, and margins.
  • Communicate with designers to obtain details, clarifications, or additional information.
  • Establish supplier relationships by asking questions, validating options, obtaining quotations, and confirming lead times.
  • Maintain clear, professional, and consistent communication about file progress.
  • Enter relevant information into internal platforms to obtain supplier quotations.
  • Verify, analyze, and approve supplier quotations before placing orders.
  • Order required products in accordance with approved specifications.
  • Perform after-sales follow-up concerning lead times, corrections, validations, adjustments, and special requests.
  • Ensure administrative process flow through final installation or complete resolution of the file.
  • Perform data entry rigorously and accurately.
  • File, organize, and maintain current records.
  • Support the team as needed and collaborate on continuous improvement of internal procedures.
  • Effectively prioritize workload to meet department deadlines.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in custom window coverings, design, interior decorating, or construction.
  • Knowledge of Hunter Douglas and Alta products, blinds, shades, draperies, or track systems.
  • Comfort working with measurements, sketches, and technical diagrams.
  • Positive, proactive, and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to collaborate naturally as part of a team.
