Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency in a high-growth or enterprise environment.
  • Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer success processes, and how they contribute to overall revenue generation.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce, Domo, marketing automation platforms, and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, collection, and integration of data from multiple sources across the full marketing and sales funnel.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity using platforms.
  • Collaborate with business users and technical teams to develop and implement BI standards and reference materials.
  • Manage reporting and visualization tools to distribute insights company-wide.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards that track KPIs across marketing, sales, and operations.
  • Lead the revenue operations function, ensuring optimal performance and alignment of sales, marketing, and financial data.
  • Collaborate with RevOps and finance teams to model and analyze key revenue streams, providing actionable insights for leadership.
  • Drive the development of conversion metrics and standards to streamline reporting and optimize marketing and sales strategies.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of marketing, customer success, and sales efforts, providing root cause analysis and recommendations for improvement.
  • Utilize data to identify areas for operational improvement, customer segmentation, and revenue growth opportunities.
  • Partner with sales and marketing teams to measure campaign ROI and optimize lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and support professional development for team members.
  • Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication across the organization.
