Summary:
In the role of ServiceNow Team lead, a typical day involves overseeing the technical vision and architectural framework of bespoke software projects. This position requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of software design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet high standards. The role includes fostering collaboration among team members, aligning project outcomes with organizational goals, and continuously monitoring the scalability and efficiency of solutions delivered. The lead actively shapes the technical environment to support innovation and operational excellence within the software development process.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of technical objectives with business needs.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong knowledge of IT service management processes and best practices.
- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Ability to lead and coordinate software development teams effectively.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and code quality assurance techniques.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex technical issues and providing innovative solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
