We are looking for an experienced Automotive Finance Manager (F&I Manager) to join our high-performing dealership team in Arizona. What You'll Do

Present finance, leasing, warranty, GAP, and vehicle protection products professionally and ethically.
Secure financing through banks, credit unions, and other lending institutions.
Structure deals to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability.
Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current with lender programs.
Ensure all contracts and documentation are accurate, complete, and compliant.
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and dealership policies, including Truth in Lending, OFAC, Red Flags, Safeguards Rule, and other applicable regulations.
Monitor funding and CIT while ensuring timely contract funding.
Partner with the sales team to create a seamless customer buying experience.
Consistently achieve finance, product penetration, and profitability goals.
Maintain a high CSI while delivering an outstanding ownership experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 2-5 years of automotive F&I management experience preferred.
Proven history of strong finance production and product sales.
Knowledge of prime, subprime, lease, and special finance programs.
Experience with Dealertrack, RouteOne, CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, or similar dealership software preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
