Responsibilities
  • Prepare Stripe's capital plan and supporting documentation
  • Design and build target state architecture for capital planning and attribution
  • Support regional and legal entity-specific capital planning processes
  • Advise on optimal capital structure and allocation strategies
  • Develop capital attribution frameworks for businesses, products, regions, and legal entities
  • Recruit and develop the capital management team
  • Drive capital efficiency initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to automate manual processes
  • Maintain Capital Management policies
  • Monitor sources and uses of capital
  • Enhance reporting of Capital and Financial Risk metrics
