  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid Driver's License and MVR in good standing
  • RV experience preferred - training will be provided as needed
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screening
Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers
  • Answer service calls and deliver timely updates to clients
  • Greet customers
  • Interview clients to determine needed repairs
  • Create and close repair orders
  • Review work performed with clients and collect payment
  • Upsell customers for additional equipment and services
  • Prepare and present quotes for all repairs
  • Obtain customer authorization for repairs
  • Communicate with technicians during repairs
  • Invoicing of repair orders
  • Contact customers for pick up or delivery
  • Review work performed with clients and ensure payment is made
  • Additional duties as assigned
