Requirements
- Respect client-site safety instructions.
Responsibilities
- Take measurements for new wearers.
- Organize the first delivery and monitor the service.
- Inform and train clients in the use of the equipment.
- Deliver contractual documents and validate delivery compliance.
- Return signed documents to the assistants.
- Install cabinets, including delivery, receipt, marking, placement, and cabinet setup.
- Install or assist with installing hygiene equipment.
- Handle, monitor, and resolve technical complaints involving equipment changes or repairs, cabinets, labeling, and related issues.
- Conduct client-site inventories and monitor corrective actions.
- Manage technical changes to the VT garment fleet, including removing the old collection and installing the new one.
- Check lockers and laundry facilities to verify stock levels.
- Respond to clothing-delivery service issues.
- Perform technical troubleshooting on equipment and cabinets.
- Carry out maintenance interventions.
- Develop the service at client sites, including hygiene products, mats, and catalog sales.
- Actively contribute to generating sales leads.
- Remove articles and equipment when a service contract ends.
- Occasionally replace on-site distribution agents.
