  • Experience in a software development role or demonstrated proficiency with common programming concepts, multiple programming languages and frameworks, debugging code, and solving complex problems within an application
  • Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across both technical and non-technical audiences

Responsibilities
  • Provide integration partners and customers with expert technical guidance on a wide range of topics related to APIs, SDKs, webhooks, and other technical tools and development concepts
  • Investigate and resolve problems reported with integrations
  • Act as a technical point of contact on customer and partner-facing calls
  • Contribute and peer review changes and updates to API documentation
  • Certify integrations meet security requirements and best practices before granting access to a production environment
  • Identify and contribute to ideas that improve, remove, or create new processes that enhance the developer experience for integration partners

  • Experience with MVC architecture and RESTful APIs
