  • Demonstrated success in a fast-paced, transactional sales setting; trucking industry or financial services experience a plus but not required
  • 2+ years of previous work experience in inside sales including experience with cold calling and prospecting
  • Ability to capture a customer's attention quickly; comfort and confidence pushing for results
  • Top performer with a consistent history of success and overachieving in sales
  • Empathetic with an innate curiosity about people and dedication to delighting customers above all else
  • Able to build structure around oneself and be resourceful in order to thrive in a startup environment

Responsibilities
  • Identify, connect with, and convince new prospects to try Mudflap's products
  • Create the first impression of Mudflap's brand with potential customers, resulting in trust and enthusiasm
  • Work quickly and efficiently to produce a high volume of sales calls each day that result in new business for Mudflap
  • Master and deliver compelling pitches that include: customer discovery, product demonstrations, objection handling, negotiation, and close
  • Achieve and exceed monthly pipeline goals
  • Completed onboarding and initial training
