About the job

Requirements
  • Have a proven record of owning marketing technology stacks without oversight, including personally managing a technical team or solo function for a fast-growing agency or SaaS and establishing complex technology ecosystems from scratch.
  • Independently fill gaps in ambiguous briefs with sensible architectural choices, document assumptions, flag uncertainties, and deliver functional results.
  • Have extensive hands-on expertise with advanced workflow automation tools; n8n is strongly preferred, while Make or Zapier are acceptable with a portfolio demonstrating complex multi-branch builds, webhook parsing, custom API requests, and built-in error trapping.
  • Be able to describe a specific case of independently identifying and resolving a serious discrepancy between an advertising platform and a CRM using server-side tagging or webhooks.
  • Be highly comfortable with custom REST APIs, raw JSON data manipulation, and webhooks; familiarity with HTML, JavaScript, or Python is a significant plus.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English, communicate precisely, provide concise written technical updates, and record brief, context-rich Loom videos.
Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end marketing infrastructure and independently design its strategy and architecture, executing without day-to-day oversight.
  • Act as the technical architect for marketing funnels; design, implement, and audit data pathways independently.
  • Implement and maintain attribution tracking using the Meta pixel, Conversions API, Google Tag Manager server-side tagging, and Google Analytics 4; define and enforce UTM frameworks; and resolve discrepancies between advertising platforms, Close CRM, and Whop or Stripe payment gateways.
  • Build, own, and maintain marketing campaign dashboards; investigate analytics anomalies and fix root-cause tracking issues.
  • Oversee and optimize landing pages, video sales letter pages, opt-in forms, and multi-path booking flows across page builders; establish split-testing parameters that prevent data-recording leakage.
  • Architect and manage n8n webhooks and multi-branch workflows connecting external forms, Close CRM, Slack, Google Sheets, and the email platform, with error handling and automated fallback paths.
  • Direct multi-step behavioral email sequences and system triggers within the email service provider; manage list hygiene, technical exit conditions, domain isolation, and deliverability metrics.
  • Use AI agents and prompt engineering to accelerate team output and identify pipeline opportunities for AI-driven throughput or operational intelligence.
  • As the marketing operations department scales, take technical ownership and hire, structure, and directly manage junior technical virtual assistants or contractors.
Desired Qualifications
  • Being based in Eastern Europe or closely aligned with US Eastern or Central daytime working hours.
  • Hands-on experience with Close CRM, Whop or Stripe, and Google Tag Manager server-side tagging.
  • Prior experience directing, hiring, or quality-controlling marketing virtual assistants.
  • Technical experience with digital information-product, coaching, or high-ticket community funnels.

About the company

What believers are saying

  • Case studies updated September 2026 show clients landing $20,000 and $30,000 deals.
  • The site says over 30,000 meetings booked, proving repeatable outbound automation demand.
  • AI service arbitrage remains attractive because businesses still pay for immediate labor savings.

What critics are saying

What makes AI Acquisition unique

  • AI Acquisition packages launch, sales, and delivery agents into one system.
  • It targets entrepreneurs selling AI services, not software, with done-for-you workflow licensing.
  • The company claims 1,200+ businesses used its AI Arbitrage playbook by September 2026.
