Reporting to the Manager, CRM & Tech Stack (Revenue Operations), the Salesforce Admin is responsible for general administration of Salesforce CRM/CPQ and related applications. This role is highly collaborative with functional leaders and Achievers’ teams to ensure the design and implementation of solutions leverage Salesforce leading practices and guidelines.
The ideal candidate will have exceptional technical, analytical, problem-solving and people skills, and will be comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth environment. You will work with both internal stakeholders and external partners in order to identify new opportunities to improve our Salesforce environment and the broader business system landscape.
Your Focus:
- Responsible for overall design direction, functionality, and scalability of Salesforce
- Responsible for the administration and customization of DocuSign CLM
- Provide technical expertise, leadership, and support to other CRM team members across multiple Salesforce projects and enhancements.
- Own complex projects and perform detailed analysis of internal stakeholders’ business requirements.
- Provide end to end solution design, including integrations with systems outside the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Sign off on overall technical design developed by team members or outside vendors.
- Point of escalation for technical issues
- Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing and data integrity
- Translate approved solutions into actionable work items for other team members and/or external consultants to implement.
- Develop and maintain standardized documentation.
- Identify production risks and areas for improvement.
- Prioritize, design, and facilitate successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to drive accountability and standardization for Lead-to-Contract initiatives across systems, processes, and data management.
- Apply Salesforce support functionalities, including but not limited to answering Salesforce cases, creating custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, approval processes, sharing rules and permission sets as well as creating reports and dashboards to support business needs.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience of administration / developing solutions on Salesforce.com with a focus on CPQ
- In depth knowledge working with product rules, price actions, price books, validation rules, bundles, approval workflows, and other functionality related to Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
- Experience integrating with DocuSign CLM, including templates and merge tags
- Experience integrating Salesforce with other enterprise applications and proprietary software
- Experience with Release Management, Deployment and Source Control.
- Proven creativity and problem-solving skills; ability to work around obstacles and solve problems while providing direction to others
- Strong understanding of data structures and data modeling.
- Ability to develop effective relationships with business users, technical staff and executive management.
- Experience mentoring and coaching less experienced team members
- Strong organizational/time management skills; ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong work ethic, hands-on, with a customer service mentality.
- Flexible with a demonstrated ability to embrace change.

- Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
- Salesforce Advanced Administration Certification
- Salesforce Application Architect and/or Technical Architect certification
- Experience developing programmatic Salesforce customizations using Apex and Visual Force
- Integration experience with NetSuite Oneworld
