About the role:
Vistar Media has created a 9-week program where students will gain hands-on working experience and knowledge about the advertising technology landscape, as well as the opportunity to collaborate with different departments within Vistar’s organization. We’re looking for college students who are passionate and eager about the innovative media industry.
The Office of the CEO collaborates closely with Vistar’s CEO to ensure the seamless and efficient operation of the business. As a Chief of Staff intern, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the Chief of Staff, gaining invaluable insights into the company’s operations and strategic planning. This role offers a comprehensive learning experience, encompassing all aspects of business operations from top-tier decision-making to fundamental processes.
Our summer interns will work 3 days per week for the duration of the internship program and will be expected to be in the office. Applications are due by April 5, 2024.
What you’ll do:
- Assist the Chief of Staff in organizing and running cadence for internal meetings, including material creation, distribution, and follow-up
- Set up systems and processes to help internal operations run more efficiently
- Conduct research and perform analysis on special projects and initiatives spanning across all departments and functions
Who you are:
- Rising junior or senior working towards an undergraduate degree in Business Administration or a related field
- A self-starter who is proactive, organized, and has high attention to detail
- Interested in collaborating with various teams and learning all aspects of the business
- Adapts easily to dynamic, fast moving environments
- Familiar with Google Suite
- Project Management experience is a plus
- Able to work in the US for an indefinite period without sponsorship
- Able to come to the NYC office three days a week (relocation not offered)
