Requirements
  • Being at least 21 years of age.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card, or equivalent, as required by state law.
  • Highly developed organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt when required.
  • Ability to interact with auditors and regulators.
  • Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Manual dexterity for document handling, typing, and digital filing.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds for document storage or transport.
Responsibilities
  • Support regulatory compliance for all business lines across the states in which the organization operates.
  • Support employee licensing management and auditing in partnership with human resources licensing and the compliance department.
  • Keep state compliance training manuals and required trainings up to date in partnership with compliance and management teams.
  • Support management of state compliance standard operating procedures.
  • Support the internal mock audit program by evaluating observations, conducting root cause analysis, developing corrective actions, following up on audit observations, tracking responses, and monitoring implementation.
  • Participate in evaluating and changing processes and procedures after regulatory updates or state deficiencies.
  • Support development and implementation of strategies to achieve organizational goals.
  • Support training and development of teams and facilities across all lines of business.
  • Support opening new locations.
  • Maintain records and reports accurately and promptly.
  • Work collectively and respectfully with other team members.
  • Assist the legal team as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties assigned by management.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Compliance or legal certifications.
