Responsibilities
  • Manage all aspects of trade show logistics
  • Work with the sales team on the show floor to engage new potential customers and connect with existing accounts
  • Conduct post-event analyses to evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of each event
  • Plan, execute, and optimize the organic media program across various channels
  • Create and curate engaging content that aligns with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience
  • Assist with qualifying and routing inbound leads and updating the CRM with the appropriate information
  • Nurture and follow up with inbound leads, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Conduct market research, identify opportunities, and present actionable plans to the marketing team
  • Maintain the work environment and office operations
