- Advanced English proficiency is required.
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field is required.
- More than five years of experience in mechanical process engineering is required.

- Knowledge of statistical analysis using Minitab is required.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams in a global environment is required.
- Knowledge of DMM, VVT, and mechanical process specifications is required.
- Experience with core quality tools, including PFMEA, CP, SPC, APQP, MSA, and PPAP, is required.
- Knowledge of ESD standards is required.
- Knowledge of problem-solving techniques, including Shainin, Six Sigma, PDCA, and 8D, is required.
- Implement, maintain, and improve SMT manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with relevant KPIs, including cost per placement (CPP), relative utilization (Nu_Rel), cost of defects (IDC), technical availability (Tver), and first-pass yield (FPY) on inspection and test equipment.
- Ensure successful introduction of new products to SMT lines, targeting 80% relative utilization within eight weeks and less than 1% defect cost.
- Introduce new processes to SMT lines, including defining processes based on divisional manufacturing guidelines (DMD).
- Develop the technical capabilities and professional growth of assigned personnel.
- Understand and ensure compliance with minimum customer requirements for PCBA manufacturing, such as GM CQi17 and Ford FEMR.
- Understand and ensure compliance with automotive quality standards, such as IATF 16949, in SMT processes.
- Prioritize safety, quality, delivery, and cost in the processes under the role's responsibility.
