Requirements
  • Authorized to work in the US
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 8 years of airline operations experience
  • 5 years of management experience preferred
  • 3 years managing cross-functional operations preferred
  • Must reside within 60 minutes of assigned airport location
  • Must be at least 24 years of age
  • Valid driver's license
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office software
  • GSC certification
  • Must be able to travel a minimum of twice yearly
  • Provision of personal information may be required for liquor license
Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain safety compliance
  • Address issues and provide corrective action
  • Ensure compliance with Federal directives and security requirements
  • Coordinate rooming and parking needs for personnel
  • Lead base management team
  • Evaluate performance of management team
  • Establish airport and local community relations
  • Coordinate airline service provider functions
  • Ensure customer service and baggage handling
  • Participate in hiring and staffing requirements
  • Establish employee recognition programs
  • Communicate airline business to internal and external departments
  • Develop customer correspondence at an executive level
  • Assist with Customer Service and Ground Operations functions
  • Assist HQ team with projects
  • Model Allegiant’s customer service standards
  • Other duties as assigned
