Requirements

  • You have completed training as a clerk for insurance and finance or are qualified as an insurance specialist.
  • You have already gained professional experience as an insurance intermediary.
  • You use digital sales instruments and digital tools for customer consultations.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a strong performance orientation.

Responsibilities

  • You independently lead a BarmeniaGothaer agency as a self-employed commercial agent under Section 84 of the German Commercial Code.
  • You manage an existing customer portfolio, continuously expand it, and attract new customers to yourself and BarmeniaGothaer.
  • You serve as the contact person for all provision and insurance matters, using digital tools for software-supported, holistic advice to private and corporate customers.
  • You build your own agency team and support employees and self-employed customer advisers in their career development.
