Requirements
  • Professional knowledge and experience designing, configuring, and implementing Genesys 8.x Framework, URS, Tserver, Datamart, Infomart, Contact Center Analyzer, Call Concentrator, Stat Server, Genesys high-availability architecture, Multi Channel Routing, Web Chat, Email Routing, and the GPlus Adapter for Siebel.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with Avaya ACD/EAS, IVR, CMS, CentreVu, Vectoring on Avaya Communication Manager, AT&T Route IT, and toll-free routing with advanced features.
  • Experience with enterprise system interactions and integrations.
  • Understanding of networking technologies including TCP/IP, DHCP, TFTP, VLAN, QoS, and VoIP.
  • Understanding of IP addressing schemes and VLAN designs.
  • Experience configuring and implementing data switches and routers.
  • Proficiency downloading software, firmware, updates, and patches to communications products.
  • Familiarity with PC-based applications such as IP Softphone, IP Agent, and Softconsole.
Responsibilities
  • Develop strategy, plans, and designs for IT infrastructure systems.
  • Execute projects and provide operational and project support for the delivery and operations team managing telephony and contact-center technologies.
  • Maintain the overall health of IT infrastructure systems.
  • Analyze end-to-end TCP/IP protocol traces to identify network connectivity issues.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with call-center ACD and Vectoring, workforce management, IVR, CTI, speech recognition, quality monitoring, skills-based routing, Intelligent Call Routing, IXC/LEC routing methodologies, and Avaya or Genesys telephony systems for contact-center applications.
  • Experience designing or developing speech applications with Nuance, SpeechWorks, or ScanSoft.
  • Experience with Siebel CRM integration, VXML programming, or SQL/Oracle query languages.
  • Genesys 7 or 8 GCP-CIV, Genesys GCP-DIV, Genesys GCP-CVE, Avaya ACS Design-Contact Center, or Cisco CCNA certification or higher.
  • Knowledge of Cisco networking.
  • Experience with diagnostic tools such as Ethereal, PC Anywhere, and NetIQ.
  • Overall knowledge of the Avaya S8xxx platform and Communication Manager.
