- A high school diploma or equivalent GED is required.
- A minimum of 2–3 years of experience performing similar equipment fixed-asset duties is required.

- Maintain oversight and accountability of assets to ensure customer needs are met regarding on-time delivery of services and quality of work.
- Conduct and maintain an accurate inventory checklist of equipment assets.
- Maintain the operational storage room or warehouse, ensuring it is clean and organized at all times.
- Monitor and control authorized access for individuals entering the operational storage room or warehouse area.
- Place supply order requests to replenish assets and consumables inventory for the storage room or warehouse area.
- Maintain written and oral communications with clients and management, including prompt responses and follow-ups.
- Verify receipt of all controlled shipments and assets and ensure they meet required specifications and purchase order requests.
- Perform computer technical tasks, shipping and receiving, office operations duties, and heavy lifting.
