  • Provide best-in-class customer experience
  • Communicate metrics and expectations with store employees
  • Coach, develop, and lead a team of Design Advisors
  • Maintain leadership presence to drive sales
  • Manage the floor and act as Manager on Duty in Store Manager's absence
  • Ensure execution of visual merchandising standards within the store
  • Perform back of house duties such as receiving stock and organizing
  • Create vignettes every 3-4 months
  • Engage in front of house responsibilities including sales and customer service
  • Act as a concierge and assist customers with shopping
  • Ensure customers find what they need and are well informed about purchases
