- Oversee day-to-day operations across all ophthalmology locations in the region.
- Lead, coach, and support clinic managers and key site staff.
- Ensure clinical operations are efficient, compliant, and patient-centered.
- Drive performance metrics including patient access, revenue, quality, optical sales, and staff engagement.
- Partner with physician leadership to improve care delivery and promote provider alignment.
- Implement best practices and standard operating procedures across all sites.
- Analyze operational data to inform decisions, optimize workflows, and address underperformance.
- Collaborate with support functions, including HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, and Revenue Cycle, to ensure full operational support.
- Lead initiatives related to growth, access expansion, patient experience, and cost containment.
- Manage budgets, staffing plans, and inventory control for clinical operations.
- A master's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Ophthalmology experience is highly preferred.
