  • Strategic POV on where to invest within the region
  • Experience in various sales models, including direct, resale, and co-sale models
  • A strong track record of recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performing enterprise sales leaders and team members
  • A deep understanding of the intricacies of the technology landscape across the EMEA region
  • The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Up-to-date knowledge of digital and application trends
  • Demonstrated success in navigating large organizations and identifying key decision makers processes for large SaaS investments
  • Strong operational and analytical abilities
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute customer acquisition, retention, and expansion strategies
  • Manage a senior team of direct sales leaders across various geographies and customer segments
  • Collaborate with your team to identify, nurture and execute on key opportunities to drive high value deals
  • Work with our Alliances team to implement effective partner management programs
  • Collaborate with finance and leadership teams to develop accurate sales forecasts
  • Recruit, nurture, and performance manage a team of exceptional sales professionals
  • Serve as an ambassador for Braze, and participate in industry events to represent Braze and our capabilities to the market
  • Act as a proactive contributor and collaborator within the senior leadership team
