About the company

Burnout Brands buys and manages a portfolio of specialized automotive aftermarket brands. Its products include Monster Transmission remanufactured transmissions and torque converters, BD Diesel Performance turbochargers and other diesel parts, D&J Precision Machine high‑performance Cummins engines, and Brian Tooley Racing cams and valvetrain parts; these brands sell directly to enthusiasts and through dealers. The company uses a buy‑and‑build model backed by private equity to expand production capabilities, add services, and grow market share across diesel and pushrod performance niches. Led by Christian Roth (former BD Diesel CEO), the goal is to grow a coordinated portfolio of leading brands under one umbrella.
