About the job
- Be at least 21 years of age.
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Have one year of previous housekeeping experience.
- Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Reliably commute to or plan to relocate to Forrest City, Arkansas.
- Dust, vacuum, and clean offices, hallways, the lobby, entryway, restrooms, and client areas.
- Identify lighting or repair needs while completing assigned duties and notify maintenance using a Maintenance Request form.
- Collect and dispose of facility trash, and coordinate the removal of hazardous or oversized waste.
- Inventory facility cleaning and paper supplies at least monthly and notify appropriate personnel of restocking needs.
- Keep cleaning supplies and equipment in working order. Secure equipment from client access when not in direct use, and keep it within eyesight and away from client access while in use.
- Assist with preparation for special functions, tours, and inspections.
