Requirements
  • Minimum 3-6 years of professional experience and Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
  • Account Management, Project Management, Partnership Operations and/or Partnership Execution experience in entertainment (film, TV, streaming), sports, automotive, or lifestyle helpful
  • Experience with project management tools including Airtable, Jira, and Trello
  • Written and verbal fluency in languages beyond English is a plus
Responsibilities
  • Manage the execution workflow for multiple partnership campaign executions from concept to launch
  • Work closely with internal partners across art/design, product, marketing, publishing, creative, engineering, legal, and other teams
  • Lead day-to-day engagement with external partners, to understand their objectives and ensure all campaign elements reflect them
  • Collaborate and communicate as key point of contact internally on behalf of a partner to champion their needs
  • Support the team with day to day operations for the Epic Partnerships team, including coordinating meetings agendas, presentation decks, and minutes
  • Assist with IP roadmap planning, including coordinating internal discussions and supporting deck creation for internal/external partner pitches
