Requirements
  • A completed degree from a university or college in Environmental, Health, and Safety; Safety Management; Occupational Safety; Occupational Health and Safety; Environmental Health; Environmental Science; Environmental Engineering; Sustainability; or another environmental, health, and safety or engineering discipline.
  • A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.8 on a 4.0 scale, without rounding.
  • Willingness to relocate domestically based on business needs for each rotation and for the post-program assignment.
  • Willingness to travel and relocate to any participating facility in North America upon hire and throughout each rotation.
  • Analytical, idea-initiation, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and critical-thinking capabilities.
  • Ability to work constructively and collaboratively with people of diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, and abilities.
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and quickly gain and effectively apply new skills and knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
  • Complete three 12-month rotations defined according to business needs.
  • Contribute to enterprise environmental, health, and safety strategy initiatives.
  • Oversee production or logistics activities, supervise daily worker tasks, coordinate between teams, ensure safety, and monitor performance during front-line leadership rotations.
  • Support facility environmental, health, and safety strategy and complete specific environmental, health, and safety assignments related to facility performance and compliance.
Desired Qualifications
  • 0-2 years of relevant safety or environmental engineering experience, including internships or academic projects.
  • Project or team leadership experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
