Requirements
  • Working knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, benefits, employee relations, and Human Resources compliance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Human Resources Information Systems platforms.

Responsibilities
  • Manage recruiting for assigned positions.
  • Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews.
  • Complete background and reference checks.
  • Participate in job fairs and recruiting events.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding and orientation.
  • Prepare employment documents and maintain personnel files.
  • Coordinate name badges, uniforms, and new hire resources.
  • Support employee recognition and engagement programs.
  • Administer benefit enrollments and employment changes.
  • Assist employees with benefit and Human Resources-related questions.
  • Maintain accurate Human Resources Information Systems and personnel records.
  • Support leave administration and Open Enrollment.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
  • Assist with performance documentation and employee relations matters.
  • Support Human Resources reporting, audits, and policy updates.
  • Promote a positive and respectful workplace culture.
  • Coordinate required training and orientation.
  • Track training completion and support employee development initiatives.
Desired Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience is preferred, with hospitality experience being a plus.
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
  • Paylocity experience is preferred.
  • Bilingual English and Spanish capability is a plus.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification or equivalency is a plus.
