Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree can substitute for five years of relevant commercial or government experience; a degree must be from an accredited college or university.
  • Applicant must possess at least a high school diploma and training in graphics design or presentations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in developing graphics for reports and presentations in a large organization with emphasis on responsiveness, timeliness, and accuracy.
  • Experience developing graphics and presentations for a variety of audiences including senior managers.
  • Experience with various software products used for graphics design, including proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and related tools; proficiency with Publisher and Adobe.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Work shall be conducted at CONUS - Mid Atlantic Washington Metropolitan Area (Northern Virginia, Washington D.C., Maryland).
  • Travel as coordinated with the technical point of contact and approved in writing by the Contracting Officer in advance, in accordance with Federal Travel Regulations.
  • All staff must be determined eligible for a Facility Access Authorization by the U.S. Government Security Office.
Responsibilities
  • Support requirements for CLIN 1000: Management And Technical Crosscutting Activities (Time And Materials) for activities related to general and cross-cutting support.
  • Provide technical and administrative support to observe and report on the performance of Federal and contractor organizations’ implementation of security and safety policies and programs.
  • Apply enforcement actions to contractor organizations for poor performance in adhering to legally enforceable security and safety requirements.
  • Develop and deliver security and safety training programs reflecting best practices and lessons learned from EA independent assessments to enhance workforce performance.
  • Provide technical expertise to perform the oversight program and support activities for the enforcement and training programs in the areas of safeguards and security; cyber security; emergency management; and environment, safety, and health; as well as general cross-cutting support.
