Responsibilities
Help oversee maintenance processes and operations.
Program and maintain automation equipment throughout the plant.
Monitor and maintain production and filling equipment.
Provide technical solutions for electrical or general control issues.
Identify and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
Identify, manage, and control inventory and safety stocks.
Assign and complete plant maintenance and work order requests and repairs.
Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and follow Safe Quality Foods protocols.
Assist in maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Desired Qualifications
Experience with reliability, design, planning, and scheduling of predictive and preventative maintenance concepts is preferred.
Experience with inventory control and management is preferred.
This position supports the Maintenance Team and production facility. The Controls and Automation Technician will manage installation, programming, and maintenance of automation equipment throughout the plant, as well as support daily operations of the Maintenance Team.
