Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in an Accounts Payable function within a fast paced environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, relevant certification, or commensurate experience
  • Intermediate Excel skills (vlook ups, pivot tables)
  • Experience with Netsuite (extra credit)
  • Experience with Coupa (extra credit)
  • Fluency in Japanese or German (extra credit)
  • Interest in pursuing a CPA (extra credit)
Responsibilities
  • Daily handling of US and International invoices
  • Matching invoices to POs, processing open invoices, ensuring accuracy of invoice amounts and general ledger coding
  • Preparing AP weekly batch reports, uploading payment files to banks, preparing ACH payments, creating manual checks, and entering bank wires
  • Support month-end AP accruals and general ledger account reconciliations
  • Researching and resolving all vendor inquiries in a timely manner and internal inquiries regarding Accounts Payable processing
  • Working with various teams throughout the organization to ensure vendor invoices are received and approved timely
  • Assisting in the preparation of monthly AP reporting packages
  • Managing finance inboxes
  • Other responsibilities include ad hoc analysis, special projects, and systems enhancements as assigned
