  • 4-year degree in technical realm or equivalent experience
  • SQL experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Experience in a Product/Engineering role with a SaaS company is a plus
  • Digital Advertising experience is a plus
  • Experience working with pixels across Facebook, Google, or tag management systems is a plus
  • Passion for working in a fast-paced, swiftly changing startup environment
Responsibilities
  • Take business requirements from the Client Success team and turn them into ‘Blueprints’
  • Support existing ‘Blueprints’ currently in use by clients
  • Become an expert in internal tools and product
  • Help improve internal tools and processes
  • Serve as technical subject matter expert on integration projects with customer systems
  • Act as a liaison between clients and engineering to resolve technical issues
  • Invent ways to evolve the product and build tools or solutions
  • Transform/augment client data through data translation tools during onboarding process
