Requirements
  • You have shipped product improvements at high velocity in a startup environment with minimal direction, starting quickly, and continuing to ship frequently.
  • You have strong product judgment and can identify what is slowing users down and prioritize the highest-impact fixes independently.
  • You have strong design taste and can execute on your product experience opinions.
  • You have talked to customers directly to validate what you were building.
  • You care about the customer relationship management and go-to-market problem space.
  • You have technical execution capability across the stack; candidates with product manager or designer backgrounds and strong engineering skills are welcome.
  • You have prior experience with product-led growth or growth mechanics, including activation loops, onboarding flows, or self-serve conversion.
Responsibilities
  • Review the product end-to-end and identify the highest-impact gaps in the activation and retention experience.
  • Ship meaningful product improvements starting in week one, with multiple changes per week at full velocity.
  • Own the product-led growth surface area completely, including product decisions, user experience decisions, and prioritization, without handoffs.
  • Build the measurement framework for the activation funnel, establish what to track, and use it to drive what to ship next.
  • Work directly with the founding team to define what great self-serve looks like as the company scales.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience at a company that scaled through self-serve.
