  • Ability to work cross-functionally with sales leaders, delivery project managers, contracting and legal teams, finance, and partner management offices.
  • Communication and stakeholder management skills to represent partner interests in internal forums and Microsoft’s interests in partner negotiations.

  • Execute the FY26 Industry Solutions Delivery Partner Strategy in the region by focusing investments on a selective set of trusted, high-performing partners.
  • Guide internal teams toward approved strategic partners, rationalize the long tail of vendors, and enforce exception processes for new or unvetted suppliers.
  • Work with Partner Operations and Compliance to ensure new partners are onboarded and managed according to global standards and processes.
