About the Job

Requirements

  • A higher technical education is required.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, including experience working with project documentation; experience in railway automation or telecommunications is desirable.
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, and basic office tools.
  • Ability to perform technical planning and work with schedules and project documentation.
  • Strong accuracy, work organization, and task-coordination abilities.
  • Ability to communicate and work in a team.
  • Ability to use project-management tools.
  • English proficiency sufficient to work with project documentation.
  • A category B driving license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate activities supporting the Project Manager in project management.
  • Prepare and update the contract schedule and its execution schedule.
  • Collect data from construction and works managers for schedules and reports.
  • Prepare reports and financial settlements for the Contract Engineer.
  • Supervise project and technical documentation, including its registration, verification, and archiving.
  • Manage project correspondence, including letters, a correspondence register, and formal and substantive checks.
  • Prepare and supervise financial claims.
  • Participate in internal and external project meetings and record the agreements made.
  • Submit subcontracting requests to the appropriate departments.
  • Carry out additional tasks supporting project operations.

  • Experience with project documentation in railway automation or telecommunications.
